This also provides the accountability you would receive with in person office visits since you get the opportunity to discuss your homework with your dietitian during your personalized e-counseling session.

You will learn all you need to know in the next 6 weeks and will always have the information at your fingertips. You can purchase follow up e-counseling sessions with your dietitian and trainer whenever you need support.
