		<description>I can easily follow many of those guideline, but logging food is the hardest, because I always forget to write stuff down throughout the day so I forget!! That is a good tip tho to carry a little notebook and write it down.</description>

		<description>Your so right, people are always loking for a new fad which will &#039;make them slim in X amount of days&#039; when people should be thinking &#039;how can i keep fit and stay healthy&#039;. It takes hard work and determination and it&#039;s probably gonna take a while. But those people who take that route will inevitabley be the ones who will achieve their goals and stick with it.

For me the 2 things ive changed are i&#039;ve started training before i go to work, even if it means training at 530 in the morning. Also i have included fruit in nearly every meal i have.</description>
